1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery is free on orders above SAR 99. For orders below SAR 99, a flat delivery charge of SAR 0 applies. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within main cities and 3–7 days for remote regions.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number once your order has dispatched. You can track your shipment live under your Customer Dashboard.
